“Wanna make 14 dollars… the hard way?”
Al Czervik’s charming way with women and flamboyant summer golf attire offered a bit of inspiration for this week’s mix. When it’s hot, and it’s summer, there’s nothing like proudly tacky outfits, off-color comments, and mild sexual harrasment, and it’s our set up against Czervik’s finest.
By tacky I mean buying as many records from The Thing as comic books and polyester shirts. Tacky and fun, but not quite as tacky as Czervik’s shopping spree: “When you buy a hat like this I bet you get a free bowl of soup, huh?”
Summer heat has brought on an onslaught for the tasteless and offensive, a domain we usually try and restrict to the self-depricative. Once again, we bow to the master of crass: “I hear this place is restricted, Wang, so don’t tell ‘em you’re Jewish, okay?”
By sexual harrasment I mean, well, you know…

The Caddy Shad”We’re all gonna get laid!” was featured on last night’s Daily Show in reference to Dennis Kucinich’s ‘hole in one’ appearance on the LOGO network’s Democratic Presidential Candidate Debate. After playing the clip, Jon Stewart laughed and said, “I really love that movie.”
Just wanted you all to know how much that meant to a fellow fan.
